Common questions
My render failed. Did I lose a credit?
No. Credits are only consumed when a render completes. If your balance looks wrong after a failure, email us and we will fix it.
How accurate are the prices?
Schedules are built from current Australian supplier data, so they are realistic — but they are estimates, not quotes. Confirm quantities and prices with your trades before ordering.
I bought credits but they have not appeared.
Force-quit the app and reopen it, then tap Restore purchases in Settings. Still missing? Email us your App Store receipt and we will credit your account.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the app removes all projects on your device. To delete anything we hold (like your email), send us one line and we will wipe it.
